I'MAMBASSADOR

Revised Date: 07 November 2025

1. Introduction

This statement is made pursuant to Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
IM AMBASSADOR LTD is committed to ensuring that slavery, servitude, forced labour, and human trafficking have no place in any part of our business or supply chains.

We believe that all individuals must be treated with dignity and respect and that employment should always be chosen freely. Our approach focuses on continuous improvement, ethical governance, and responsible sourcing.

2. Our Organisation

IM AMBASSADOR LTD is a UK-registered education and student-recruitment company that assists international students with admissions, university placement, and visa guidance across the UK and other destinations. We operate from our registered office in London and coordinate activities through regional teams and authorised channel partners in several countries.

Further details about our organisation can be found at www.imambassador.com.

3. Our Supply Chains

Our supply chain includes:

  • Universities, colleges, and education providers in the UK and abroad;
  • Overseas recruitment and marketing partners;
  • Third-party service providers, including marketing, IT, and administrative support; and
  • Professional advisers and contractors.

We recognise that elements of our global network may operate in regions where modern-slavery risks are higher, and we are committed to managing those risks through appropriate due diligence and oversight.

4. Our Policies

IM AMBASSADOR LTD has implemented internal policies that reinforce our zero-tolerance approach, including:

  • Code of Business Conduct – sets out expected ethical standards for all staff and representatives.
  • Recruitment and Employment Policy – requires fair treatment, voluntary employment, and lawful pay.
  • Whistleblowing Policy – enables staff and partners to report concerns confidentially and without fear of retaliation.
  • Supplier Code of Conduct – requires our business partners to adhere to all relevant labour, employment, and human-rights legislation.

These policies are reviewed regularly and communicated to all employees and contractors.

5. Risk Assessment and Due Diligence

We continually assess potential risks of modern slavery within our operations and supply chains. Our procedures include:

  • Conducting checks on new suppliers and partners before engagement;
  • Requiring written confirmation that suppliers comply with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and relevant local laws;
  • Maintaining ongoing relationships with long-term partners to promote shared ethical standards; and
  • Investigating and responding promptly to any reports or indications of unethical practices.

Where concerns are identified, we will work with the supplier to implement corrective measures or, if necessary, terminate the relationship.

6. Supplier and Partner Compliance

All suppliers and recruitment partners are expected to:

  • Comply with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and international labour standards;
  • Provide safe working conditions and fair remuneration;
  • Prohibit child labour and forced labour; and
  • Allow freedom of movement and association.

Failure to meet these requirements may result in suspension or cancellation of contracts with IM AMBASSADOR LTD.

7. Training and Awareness

We provide staff with guidance and awareness training on:

  • Recognising the signs of modern slavery and human trafficking;
  • Reporting procedures and internal escalation routes; and
  • Our company’s obligations under UK law.

Key members of our supply-chain, compliance, and HR teams receive refresher sessions to ensure awareness remains high.

8. Monitoring and Continuous Improvement

We continue to review and enhance our procedures by:

  • Updating our risk profiles of key suppliers annually;
  • Embedding anti-slavery clauses in all new contracts; and
  • Reviewing feedback and audit results to strengthen our controls.

Any verified incident of modern slavery will be addressed promptly and transparently in accordance with UK law.

9. Responsibility and Governance

Overall responsibility for compliance with this Statement rests with the Board of Directors of IM AMBASSADOR LTD. Operational oversight is managed by our Compliance Officer (compliance@imambassador.com), who ensures that procedures remain effective and up to date.

10. Approval This Statement has been approved by the Board of Directors of IM AMBASSADOR LTD and will be reviewed annually.
