We operate under the trading names: IM AMBASSADOR CONSULTANTS, AMBASSADOR CONSULTANTS, and AMBASSADOR EDUCATION & IMMIGRATION PROMOTERS.
We are an independent education consultancy, certified and trained by relevant international education authorities including the British Council and ICEF.
2. Scope of Services
We provide career counselling, admission and visa guidance, university/course selection support, IELTS and other English Tests preparation, and documentation assistance.
We do not provide immigration representation, legal advice, or employment placement services.
All guidance is based on publicly available institutional and immigration policies and is advisory in nature. All admissions, visa decisions, and scholarship offers are made solely at the discretion of the relevant institution or government authority.
3. Applicability
These Terms apply to all clients, students, parents, or guardians using our services for any destination country. By submitting your case, you acknowledge that these Terms are binding and non-negotiable.
4. Accuracy of Information and Documentation
You are responsible for ensuring that all personal, academic, and financial information you provide is true, complete, and authentic. Submitting false or forged documents is a criminal offence and may result in permanent refusal of admission or visa, a 10-year visa ban, immediate termination of our services, and liability for all resulting losses or legal consequences.
IM AMBASSADOR LTD disclaims all liability for consequences arising from fraudulent or misleading information supplied by the applicant.
5. Admission and Visa Decisions
Admission offers, course start dates, scholarship awards, and visa outcomes are entirely at the discretion of the concerned university (institution) or immigration authority. We cannot guarantee admission, visa approval, or scholarship success. Our role is limited to providing guidance, coordination, and document support only.
6. Payments and Fees
Clients agree to pay applicable fees, which may include:
a. Processing Fee for admission and documentation processing;
b. Language Test Preparation Fee – for providing language test training and preparation;
c. Professional Consultancy Fee – for pre-submission document and visa support.
All payments must be made only to the official company bank account of IM AMBASSADOR LTD. Payments to individual staff members or personal accounts are strictly prohibited and will not be recognized.
External university, embassy, or insurance fees must be paid directly to the official bank accounts by the applicant. We don’t accept any payment on behalf of university, embassy, or insurance or any other third party.
7. University Policies and Responsibilities
Before paying the tuition fee to the university, applicants must review and comply with each institution’s admission requirements, tuition payment schedules, and refund policies. Universities reserve the right to cancel offers, defer courses, or refuse refunds. Refund processing times are governed by institutional policy and outside our control.
8. Applicant Responsibilities
Applicants must verify details on Offer and CAS letters, attend required English tests or interviews, provide updated information promptly, and ensure lawful conduct under immigration laws. IM AMBASSADOR LTD will not be responsible for consequences of non-compliance.
9. Prohibited Conduct
Applicants must not submit fake or altered documents, conceal previous visa refusals, misuse a student visa, overstay a visa, or engage in fraudulent activity. Any such behaviour will result in immediate termination of services and reporting to authorities.
10. Legal Liability and Indemnity
IM AMBASSADOR LTD acts as an intermediary and cannot be held responsible for the actions or decisions of universities, embassies, or third parties. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IM AMBASSADOR LTD from any claims or losses arising out of your actions, misrepresentation, or breach of these Terms.
11. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including financial loss, delay, or reputational damage. All services are provided on a best-efforts basis and no outcome is guaranteed.
12. Data Protection and Privacy
By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your personal data with universities, embassies, and related authorities solely for processing your case, in compliance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
13. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, political unrest, changes in law, or government action.
14. Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, designs, and materials are the intellectual property of IM AMBASSADOR LTD. No content may be copied, modified, or distributed without prior written permission.
15. Communications
Official communication will be conducted only with the applicant or the guardian present at case submission. Urgent correspondence must be made via official email or verified contact channels. We respond during standard UK office hours only.
16. Fraud and Misuse
We reserve the right to terminate services and report any case involving forgery, fraud, or misuse of student visa routes to relevant authorities. All fees paid will be forfeited in such cases.
17. Financial Liability and Enforcement (UK Students)
Where a student secures a UK visa with our assistance but fails to enrol or attend, they will be liable for £3,000 as liquidated damages. Failure to pay may result in legal action and registration of a County Court Judgment (CCJ) in the UK.
18. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute shall first be resolved amicably. If unresolved, it shall be referred to arbitration or the courts of England and Wales, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
19. Amendments
We may update these Terms periodically. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
